The program

Rosie is Rosfield's automated AI booking assistant. It books and runs appointments for local businesses by text, from one number: [Rosie's number: to be set]. Messages come by iMessage, or by SMS on phones without iMessage. One Rosie number serves every business that takes bookings through Rosie.

What messages you get

Rosie sends booking messages only: no offers, news, invites or ads. They include:

• replies to the messages you send Rosie;
• booking confirmations, with a link to follow your booking in the chat;
• reminders, check-in codes, changes, cancels and receipts for your bookings;
• links to a secure page to pay or to give private details (never a card number by text);
• for business owners and staff: new bookings, schedule changes and team messages for their business.

Example first text:

Rosie, Rosfield's automated AI assistant: your booking with [display name] on [date, time] is confirmed. Get updates here: [chat link]. Privacy: [privacy link]. Reply STOP to opt out. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help.

How you sign up

• You text Rosie's number yourself; or
• you give your mobile number for a booking, to the business, on its booking page or through your own AI assistant. By giving your number for a booking you agree to booking texts from Rosie at that number; or
• you join a business's team on Rosie, or you say yes on a link someone forwarded to you.

A number a business adds itself is texted only after the business tells Rosie that person agreed to its texts. Rosie never texts a number for marketing.

How often

Message frequency varies with your bookings and the messages you send. Texts that can wait go between 9am and 8pm in your time zone (owners and staff from 8am). A quick reply, a visit happening now or a safety message can come at any time.

Rates

Msg & data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard rates apply to messages you send and receive. Rosfield charges you nothing for messages.

STOP

Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Stop, quit, end, revoke, opt out, cancel and unsubscribe also count. Because one Rosie number serves every business, STOP stops Rosie's texts to that phone for every business. You get one text confirming it, with no marketing:

Rosie: You're opted out. Rosie will send no more texts to this phone, for any business. Your booking with [display name] on [date] is still on. To cancel, call [business phone]. Reply START to turn texts back on.

STOP alone does not cancel a visit. To stop texts to a number, reply STOP from it. Reply START to turn texts back on.

Reply HELP to any text for help:

Support: [support email: to be set]. You can also reply to any booking email to reach Rosie about that booking.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy
